Emergency Assistance Program

Our Emergency Assistance Program is designed as a last resort resource for a one time financial and support services to our current clients. These services include:

• Homeless Prevention Assistance
• Homeless Transition Assistance
• Emergency Medical Assistance
• Emergency Transportation
