Volunteer Your Time & Talents
There are many ways you can help support the programs of POWER through volunteering your time and talents. Examples of volunteer activities include:
- Administrative support: Direct service with families
- IT support: Fund Development

Completed applications may be scanned and emailed to volunteer@powerclf.org, ATTN: Renette Hicks, Volunteer Coordinator. Or you can return the application in person at POWER office.

Financial donations are always welcomed:
- Consider scheduling automatic deductions to make regular, monthly contributions.

- $10 helps purchase light snacks for our financial literacy workshop
- $20 helps to secure a credit report for a family seeking to get out of debt
- $50 helps purchase a monthly bus pass to help a client get to work
- $100 helps a family of 4 buy emergency groceries
- $250 helps secure 10 therapy sessions for a low-income family
- $500 helps 4 low-income families access emergency funds to prevent eviction, or utility shut off
- $1,000.00 helps 1 homeless family with move-in costs (security deposit, first month’s rent, moving van)
