Michigan $AVE$, Washtenaw County Individual Development Account Program

Making the dream of homeownership a reality for low and moderate-income families.

The Michigan $AVE$, Washtenaw County Individual Development Account Program is a new special savings program for low to moderate-income families who want to build financial assets. We will work with them to provide the tools and extra dollars to help them build a brighter future.

This program helps eligible families maintain an asset-specific savings account, provide them with comprehensive financial management and asset-specific training, as well as match their savings $2 for every dollar saved for small business development and post-secondary education/job training and $3 for every dollar saved for first time homeownership.
