Our goal is to eliminate barriers to effective socio/psychological, emotional and spiritual functioning through the provision of clinical and therapeutic service.

Program Description
Restoration Counseling Program offers Christian faith-based counseling to persons who are affected by the challenges of daily living. We offer a Christ-centered, biblically-based perspective in helping to address problems in such areas as

• family functioning
• relationships
• marriage
• past abuse
• self image

Restoration therapists respect the dignity of each individual served, and are sensitive to and experienced in working with persons from diverse cultural, spiritual, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

We presently provide individual, family and group counseling services to clients referred by the Washtenaw County FIA, and accept private paying clients as well. A sliding fee scale and flexible scheduling are available.

Services are offered by mental health professionals the areas of

• Social Work
• Psychology
• Counseling

Services provided by selected graduate interns are supervised by experienced POWER staff members.
